Our Commissions and Services
At Dimoski Estates, we are dedicated to providing the best support and service in the process of buying and selling real estate. Our commission is divided between the buyer and the seller and is set in a way that will allow you to easily focus on your part of the process, while we take care of everything else.
Buyers’ Commission:
The buyer’s commission is 1% of the purchase price.
For our clients, this does not mean just a percentage, but full support throughout the entire buying process. From the moment you decide to buy the property, until the final signature, our legal team starts quickly and efficiently by preparing all the necessary documentation, which means that the entire process will go smoothly. Whether you are a first-time or fifth-time buyer, we guide you through the entire procedure. All you have to do is be present for the signatures, and everything else is completed by us or our legal team.
Payment of the Commission:
The commission should be paid no later than the conclusion of the main contract or entry into the property, whichever occurs first.
Sellers' Commission:
The seller's commission is 2% of the purchase price.
But this is not just a percentage – this includes complete support for all aspects of the sale of the property. Whether you are selling a property for the first time or are an experienced seller, our services ensure security and professionalism at every step.
Our services for sellers include:
• Free property valuation
• Professional property photos
• Video montages and marketing materials for advertising on social networks
• Advertising on our website
In addition to marketing, we also offer legal support in the entire sales process, which means that all documents will be processed by our professional lawyers.
Exclusivity Option:
If the seller opts for exclusive advertising with us, the sales commission will be only 1.5% of the purchase price.
Under this option, the seller receives a specially created marketing campaign with a larger advertising budget, where our main focus will be the specific property. Depending on the agreed duration (1, 2 or 3 months), if the property is sold within that period, the commission will be 1.5%. If the property is not sold within that period, the regular commission of 2% will apply. We reserve the right to refuse to accept exclusive agreements for properties that we do not consider suitable.
All marketing materials that we have created for your property are our intellectual property and cannot be used by anyone else without our permission, in accordance with copyright laws. This means that only we have the right to use those materials to promote your property.
